Nancy Taute, REALTOR®

Nancy has lived in Austin since 1984. She was born in New York and raised in Houston. She has been involved in selling Austin real estate since 2002. She and her husband, Bill Taute, a successful home builder, developed and sold Sage Creek Homes, an urban single family community of 18 homes. Nancy joined Carol Dochen Realtors®, Inc. in 2005 and works with buyers and sellers throughout the city.

Nancy graduated from Texas A & M University and worked in the computer industry as a program analyst for 18 years before starting her real estate career. She and her husband have been married since 1986 and have two wonderful children.

Community Involvement

• Past PTA President for both Travis High School and Travis Heights Elementary
• Past Volunteer with ACPTA, and AISD district- wide PTA
• Volunteer, Alzheimer’s Respite program and other activities at Congregation Beth Israel
• Sisterhood President & Volunteer of the Year, Congregation Beth Israel
• Mentor, Becker Elementary School
