Kim Wallace, REALTOR® / Office Manager

Kim has been active in Austin real estate since 1985. She has worked as a real estate office manager for more than 10 years with a short break to be a stay-at-home Mom. Kim has been with Carol Dochen Realtors®, Inc. since 2005 as office manager and loves assisting our clients.

Raised in Gatesville, Texas, Kim graduated from Temple Junior College and has seen many changes in the Austin area since moving here in 1983. She and her husband enjoy drag racing in events around Texas when they are not spending time with their daughter on their 15-acre farm in Buda. They have 3 cows, 3 pigs, 22 chickens, 7 geese, and 3 dogs. Kim’s favorite hobby is making hand-poured candles for Apple Creek Candles.
