Dripping Springs

Gorgeous rolling hills abound here with homes nestled between the valleys and creeks. In the center of Oak Hill is the “Y,” the geographic point where Highways 290 and 71 split. West on 290 is the city of Dripping Springs.

Neighborhoods include Water’s Mark, Gaines Ranch, Scenic Brook, City of Oak Hill, Covered Bridge, Saddle Tree, Friendship Ranch, Deer Creek, Walking Ranch, Polo Club, Rim Rock Ranch, Settler’s Point, Travis Country, Regents, and Bel Terra.
