The City of Georgetown, Texas, is over 150 years old and a winners of First Lady Anita Perry's inaugural "Texas Treasures" awards. Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, our historic downtown, centers around the restored Williamson County. Georgetown also includes historic Victorian homes, adorable cottages, and master-planned subdivisions including the Sun City Adult community. It is also home to Southwestern University, one of the top liberal arts universities in the nation and the Palace Theater. Golf courses include: Cimarron Hills, Georgetown Country Club, White Wing Golf Club, La Conterra, Berry Creek and Sun City. Major highways that serve the area include IH 35 and Highway 130, making travel to Austin Bergstrom Airport an easy commute.

Neighborhoods include Serenada West, University Park, Pinnacle, Shady Oaks Estates, Sun City, and Wood Ranch.
