When you begin working with us, we will have a client interview session to learn about your desires and needs. We will arrange for you to receive email notices of houses which meet your criteria on The Austin Board of Realtor’s Client Gateway program. Personal home visits will be arranged for you to see the houses of interest that we feel meet your needs and desires and when we find just the right home, a comparative market analysis will be done to evaluate the asking price and determine our strategy in preparing a sales contract for you.
